Great Song

I'm downloading this...
Good theme for one of my characters.

Anyway, I'm sure that you can do better than this though, looking forward to seeing later work of yours.

It's like Dark Hip hop. I like what you did with the pianos too.

Anyway, I gotta go.

Druids-Warcry responds:

hey man thanks for the review, im glad this little tune and be used for the theme of one of your Characters!

yeah this one is not too good i made it a while ago i feel i have impreved sense then but its still good to post up the old tracks

Great

It was missing something. I guess I just like Bass too much. Anyway, I made a similar remix like this. Check it out.

Let's see here

Beat: 5/5
Melody: 4/5
Mood: 5/5
Use of Instruments: 5/5
Listening: 3/5
I dont know, it just didnt have the great listenabiity that your other songs have. I honestly think that you should stick with your original work and not worry about video game remixes

zirconmusic responds:

Thanks for the comments. However, I starting producing music because of video game remixes and I've made dozens to date and directed the most successful VG remix project ever, Voices of the Lifestream (ff7.ocremix.org) - so I don't think I'll quit that anytime soon :)

Great song

It took way too long to start, which I docked a point off because of. But the melody and beat worked out very well, so I decided to give you a point back. 1:42 sounded like a beach song from way back. All of the song moods here worked, but I dont suggest using more then two different moods per song. Well, if you want your songs to be featured in any flashes, that is.

You Almost Had it!

It almost had that punch that prodigy has. It needed a big kick every few measures on rhythm. It is a great song, I hope to use it.
Good job.

Another short story

Now I can see the maestro on a search for a vocalist. His search has been to no avail, and he is losing his audience quickly. As his orchestra walks into a seemingly abandoned mansion, he hears an angelic voice of a children's choir. rushing towards the voice, the maestro sees a lady leading the choir, apparently teaching them. He has found his vocalist. They celebrate with a nice calm melody at the end.

Painting a great picture.

Great use of all of the instruments. I can imagine a story unfolding.

So the lady is warming up the chorus for a soft song for the audience, as the violins tune themselves. Then the maestro comes in, angry and whips up the orchestra into a furious song. The lady doesnt like this, and she tries to overwhelm the maestro with her voice, but to no avail. The audience senses the tension, but still applauds after the song is finished.

Holy Shi-

Your best work yet. I loved how you built up to the singing. I can imagine a scene of you angrily directing your orchestra, soaking wet, then an angelic voice suddenly overwhelms you. The whole orchestra turns toward the source of the chilling voice, playing softly. As she finishes the solo, the clouds start to go away and the orchestra plays through the finale.

Great Song

Definetely going into my movie soundtrack.

And by the way, your songs are too short. I liked the congo drums. Of course the vocals were amazing. She was the best in Dark Heavens, though.

By the way Ben, this guy isnt me. lol

Just one problem...

It cuts away from the ninja beat too much to make it usable for flash movies. Or for a longer ninja battle. The mood changed too much. Other than that, nice choice of instruments and great beat!
